About the Conference

The Public Land & Resources Law Review and the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources are pleased to announce the 35th Public Land Law Conference and the 41st National Spring Conference on the Environment.

Balancing Act & Paradigm Shift: The Role of Public Lands in America’s Energy Future brings these two signature events and institutions together to create an academic symposium to discuss the role of America’s three major sources of public lands and resources: river systems, terrestrial lands, and oceans.
