TransCanada Announced its Plan to Reapply for a Permit to Build the Keystone XL Pipeline

In a strategic move, TransCanada announced its plan to reapply for a permit to construct a pipeline from the oil sands in Alberta, Canada to the Gulf of Mexico.  TransCanada also announced its intention to seek an immediate permit to begin building the southern portion of the pipeline between now and the end of 2013.
