On March 23, 2011 the PLRLR and the UM Chapter of the Federalist Society teamed up to present a panel discussion on PPL Montana v. Montana.

The panel was moderated by Professor Kristin Juras and included Montana Solicitor Anthony Johnstone, Attorney Steve Brown, and Ilya Shapiro, Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute.  One of the questions posed during the panel was whether the US Supreme Court would grant cert on PPL’s appeal.  Well now we have our answer:
